What we’re looking for: We welcome applications from candidates who have: A NEBOSH General Certificate Experience in a Manufacturing, Packaging, FMCG, Logistics, or Warehousing environment A proactive mindset and ambition to grow and develop within the Health and Safety field As Health and Safety Manager, your responsibilities will include: Leading and implementing a proactive HSE strategy across multiple sites Acting as a key member of the senior leadership team to drive the overall safety vision Coaching and mentoring teams to embed a culture of best safety practices Reviewing, developing, and implementing policies and procedures to elevate safety performance from good to excellent Managing accident investigations and identifying actions to prevent recurrence Partnering with operational teams to deliver continuous improvements in safety performance Why join this company?
