We are looking for a Community Nursing Lead to work predominantly core hours (9-5pm) to support with the operational duties of the service and some later evening work to support team meetings, clinical supervisions etc. We provide a supportive induction programme and personal development into the role.
As the Community Nursing Lead (CNL) for the Evening and Overnight District Nursing service, you will be a role model to the team, providing clinical support, mentorship and supervision. To provide leadership, clinical supervision and support for the team within the evening and overnight service.
* To work closely with the Countywide Community Manager to ensure the effectiveness of the evening and overnight district nursing service and embed any future service development change.
* To work closely with the Integrated Community teams, Rapid Response team and the Integrated Urgent Care service and others.
* To ensure the operational stability and functioning of the evening and overnight service to provide a consistent, equitable countywide provision.
* To provide leadership, clinical supervision and support for the team within the evening and overnight service.
* To assume delegated responsibility and activities as directed by the Community Manager.
* Ensure service delivery is of high quality and operating within a clear governance structure ensuring patient safety and continuous learning
