As the Social Media Marketing Leader within the global Brand, Marketing, and Communications (BMC) function, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our next phase of social media to create a social and influencer‑first brand marketing strategy behind key brand and GTM campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

* Social Content & Marketing Strategy Development:
o Create and implement comprehensive social media creative and marketing strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
o Help define digital channel strategy, with a clear and distinct role for each platform.
o Lead digital and social media brand marketing programs with impact on top, middle and bottom of the funnel.
o Drive brand‑shifting and demand‑generation programs, including engagement of thought leadership.
o Work closely with the brand and creative teams to elevate brand and creative campaigns with a social‑first mindset.
o Identify target audiences and tailor content to engage them effectively.
* Content Creation and Management:
o Oversee creation of engaging, high‑quality content for platforms such as Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
o Co‑manage the editorial lens and content calendar with the social and PR teams to ensure timely and business‑relevant posts.
* Analytics and Reporting:
o Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
o Develop pre‑testing insights to optimize strategies and improve engagement.
* Community Engagement:
o Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage online community interactions of marketing social content.
o Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
* Trend Monitoring:
o Stay up‑to‑date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
o Experiment with new platforms, styles/approaches, and technologies to enhance brand and drive demand.
* Collaboration:
o Work closely with cross‑functional teams—including brand, marketing, PR, and social media—to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.


Skills and Attributes for Success

To qualify for the role, you must have:

* Significant experience in global social media leadership within a large, matrix organization with a proven track record of successful campaigns that drive demand and transform brands.
* Strong teamwork and collaborative skills.
* Deep understanding of digital and social media, its channels, and social‑first content—including experience on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Reddit.
* Ability to use social media to drive impact across top, middle, and bottom of the funnel.
* Experience working with influencers and content creators.
* Ability to develop the right voice for each platform and build social media communities.
* Innovative mindset with a deep understanding of the landscape, using data to advocate ideas internally.
* Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
* A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* A track record of award‑winning work.
* Ability to collaborate within a matrix organization.
* Strong stakeholder influencer skill set.

What We Offer You

* A comprehensive compensation and rewards package, including a base salary range of $128,700 to $247,800 (U.S. geographic variation applies).
* Medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
* Hybrid work model with approximately 40‑60% on‑site collaboration for client‑serving roles.
* Flexible vacation policy; you determine how much time you need based on personal circumstances, with additional time for EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, and other leaves of absence.
