This is a hands-on role working with compression equipment to produce high-quality components. Key Responsibilities: Operate compression moulding presses in a fast-paced production environment. Load raw materials and unload finished components. Conduct visual inspections and basic quality checks. Perform tool changeovers and assist with machine setup. Maintain a clean and safe working area. Report any faults or issues to the supervisor. Always follow health and safety procedures Requirements: Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operative role is desirable. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good attention to detail and commitment to quality. Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
