Description
* Oversee and manage the day-to-day financial operations of the organisation.
* Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
* Monitor budgets and provide insights for cost control and financial planning.
* Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage financial strategies.
* Lead and support the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
* Manage cash flow and oversee financial forecasting processes.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Profile
* Professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
* Proven expertise in managing financial operations within the retail industry.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in financial software and tools.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
* Strong communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders
Job Offer
