Product Support Specialist £26,000 per annum rising to £27,000 per annum Rugeley | Full-time, Permanent Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (fully office-based) Why Join Our Client’s Team? Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints with care, turning challenges into opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction. System Management: Use Zendesk for efficient data entry and maintain detailed records of customer interactions. Logistics Coordination: Organise courier shipments and manage consignments to ensure timely delivery. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues promptly. Communication: Engage with customers across multiple channels including email, phone, and social media, representing the company’s values and standards. What You Bring to the Role Experience: At least 12 months in Product Support or Customer Service. Education: GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent) required; A-Levels preferred. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Skills and Competencies Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritise tasks to meet customer needs. Proactive in completing tasks and problem-solving. Skilled at managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
