A Typical Day in the Job:
* Setting up and maintaining A/V and presentation equipment (e.g. projectors) for assemblies, meetings, and school events.
* Maintaining high standards in the organisation, storage, and cataloguing of IT assets and inventory.
* Supporting IT projects and proactively working through support backlogs.
* Using theHelp Desksystem as the main point for logging and managing tickets and IT requests.
* Assisting with the setup and maintenance of hardware, software, and user accounts.
* Ensuring child protection, confidentiality, and health & safety policies are adhered to at all times.
* Acting as a role model for pupils by demonstrating professional behaviour and conduct.
* Supporting the overall ethos and aims of the Trust by contributing to collaborative IT initiatives.
Youll be supported by experienced IT colleagues and guided through structured training withBaltic Apprenticeships.

* A Grade 5/C in GCSE English and a Grade 4/C in GCSE Maths is required for this role.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
* £14,526 per annum.
* Monday to Thursday,8:00am 4:00pm; Friday,8:00am 3:30pm.

ThisLevel 3 IT Support Technician Apprenticeshipcombines hands-on experience with live online training, self-paced modules, and one-to-one tutor support. Youll build valuable skills in IT support, networks, and systems administration while working toward a nationally recognised qualification.
