key responsibilities:
1. Prepare and cook quality meals
2. Assist the Head chef with planning of menus
3. Responsible for maintaining the highest cleanliness and health & safety standards
4. Passion for cooking fresh and delicious dishes
5. Pride yourself on food quality and hygiene standard
Our ideal Chef will:
6. Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
7. Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
8. Have experience supervising a team
9. Have experience in a similar Chef role
10. Hold a Food Hygiene certificate
11. Have a flexible approach to working
