Are you an experienced construction and commercial leader with strong governance expertise and the ability to oversee multiple capital projects at scale?
OneSchool Global UK has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Contracts Manager to provide client-side commercial leadership across our UK capital building programme. This role will be based 2 days per week at our Regional Support Office in Warwick and 3 days travel across our campuses.
Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, you will hold commercial authority for all capital projects across the region. You will ensure robust governance, cost control, risk management and compliance across the full portfolio, protecting the charity’s interests while delivering safe, high-quality environments for our students and staff.
This is a strategic, portfolio-level role where you will lead and develop Project Managers, embed consistent processes and provide clear oversight, reporting and assurance across multiple concurrent construction projects. The role is hybrid with regular travel to Head Office and campuses across the UK as required.

Key responsibilities:
* Provide client-side commercial leadership and governance across the UK capital programme
* Oversee multiple concurrent construction projects, ensuring delivery to agreed scope, time, cost and quality
* Implement structured governance frameworks, RIBA stage gates and approval processes
* Lead change control, ensuring all variations are formally assessed and approved
* Hold commercial authority over JCT and associated contract forms on behalf of OSG UK
* Monitor and control budgets, forecasts, contingencies and portfolio-level capital exposure
* Maintain risk registers and escalate material risks appropriately
* Ensure statutory compliance including planning, CDM, safeguarding, procurement and regulatory requirements
* Produce regular dashboards and structured reporting for senior leadership and committees
* Monitor contractor performance and implement corrective actions where required
* Line manage and develop Project Managers, setting objectives and driving accountability
* Build strong relationships with campuses, consultants and contractors to ensure clear expectations and effective delivery
