They are now seeking a commercially minded Senior Accountant to lead and bring their finance function in-house from its current offshore setup. This is a hands-on leadership role that will report directly to the CEO and Founder, owning all aspects of financial management, reporting, and strategic insight.
**This role is based in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, and candidates must live locally or within a commutable distance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and deliver accurate, timely monthly management accounts and KPI reporting
2. Provide P&L analysis and financial commentary to the CEO and senior leadership
3. Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including general ledger, journals, accruals, and reconciliations
4. Manage offshore bookkeeping team and lead transition of finance function in-house
5. Own PAYE processing, pensions, and payroll-related reconciliations
