Base pay range
£40,000 per annum depending on experience
Location: Birmingham City Centre | Office Based
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of multi-let commercial properties, ensuring smooth operations.
* Collaborate with the Estates Director on:
* Rent reviews and negotiation to achieve positive outcomes.
* Issuing and managing dilapidation claims.
* Tenant liaison and maintaining estate standards.
* Coordinating legal advisors on property and lease matters.
* Overseeing service charge budgets and expenditures.
* Ensuring Health & Safety and Fire Safety compliance.
* Engage and manage specialist consultants, including surveyors and arbitrators.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong professional etiquette and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Excel and results-driven mindset.
* Solid understanding of Landlord & Tenant Law and commercial property management.
Experience Required:
* Minimum of 3 years as a Surveyor in a commercial property environment.
