Key Responsibilities: - Manage the delivery of the civils and buildings scope for the Washwood Heath Depot. - Take direct responsibility for overseeing work packages including earthworks, drainage, the site underpass, and building structures. - Drive the day-to-day delivery of the project, ensuring work is completed on schedule and to the required standards. - Work with integrated project teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the civils elements. - Support the project through its full lifecycle, ensuring the successful construction, testing, and handover of all civil and building assets.
