As their Mental Health Division continues to expand, our client is welcoming experienced and passionate Mental Health professionals to play a key role in shaping and delivering specialist support across: Step Up and Step Down Services Complex Needs Mental Health Care Homes Community-Based Rehabilitation Services Supported Housing for Adults with Mental Health NeedsResponsibilities: As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide strategic oversight and operational management across mental health support services. This includes housing-focused support, safeguarding responsibilities, policy development, and performance leadership to ensure consistently high-quality, customer-centred service delivery.
