Subcontracts Supervisor
for an 18-month contract, based in Leatherhead, Surrey. On Offer
Competitive hourly pay rate Outside IR35 work engagement Hybrid working - 4 days in the office, 1 from home Long-term contract NB.
We can only consider candidates with an existing right to live and work in the UK. Skills / Experience / Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage a portfolio of Feed and Consultancy Support Contracts associated with the project. Prepare and issue tender documentation where applicable. Compile tender documentation, ensuring completeness and viability. Strategize and hold tender clarification meetings. Facilitate information exchange with tenderers. Issue tender bulletins and clarification documentation. Ensure timely technical and commercial negotiation evaluations and strategies. Prepare and manage contract issuance and documentation. Conduct Kick-Off Meetings. Plan, develop, and execute post-award contract management activities. Responsible for contract closeout. Report contract progress from pre- to post-award stages. Supply chain and subcontract management experience. Minimum of 7 years in developing and executing contracts and procurement. Previous experience with Aramco is preferred. Relationships
Collaborates with multi-discipline project teams. Deals with contractors, OIMs, and suppliers. Interacts with clients and KBR stakeholders. Education
