Business Development Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our team working within and the surrounding areas. We are looking for an individual with a customer-focused can-do attitude, someone with a proven track record within a target driven environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Building effective relationships with existing and new customers
2. Prospecting for new customers to secure maintenance contracts in accordance with annual targets.
3. Lead meetings and negotiations
4. Generating proposals and managing enquiries for service contracts
5. Expanding product knowledge, sourcing market and competitor information
6. Using your knowledge of the lifts and/or construction industry to negotiate skilfully to win concessions
7. Work closely with the regional service teams to retain our existing customer base
8. Recording activity through the Orona in-house management systems.

Requirements
21. Experience within the lift or construction industry would be beneficial.
22. We are looking for a motivated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
