Job Description
We’re looking for an All-round Creative Designer who is equally strong in Retail Visual Merchandising (VM) and POS artworking as they are in digital creative execution.This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for a designer who can bring creative concepts to life across retail environments, digital platforms, and campaigns, ensuring every execution feels elevated, consistent, and on-brand.
You’ll take full ownership of Retail VM and POS production, supporting campaign rollouts from initial brief to final in-store installation — while also collaborating across digital and eCommerce channels. The ideal candidate combines design craft, production knowledge, and curiosity for AI-driven creative tools.

1. Design and artwork retail visual merchandising assets including:

3. A1 posters and hero prints
4. L-boards, shelf talkers, and wobblers
5. Window vinyls, lightboxes, and retail screen content (static and motion)
