Responsibilities
* Perform diagnostics and electronic repairs on various vehicle systems
* Conduct mechanical repairs, including clutch and gearbox replacements
* Manage repair and service processes efficiently and accurately
* Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
* Troubleshoot complex vehicle issues using diagnostic equipment
* Complete detailed reports and documentation
* Collaborate with team members to meet workshop targets
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a vehicle technician or similar role
* Strong diagnostic skills across all vehicle makes and models
* Ability to perform comprehensive mechanical repairs
* MOT Tester certification is a bonus but not mandatory
* Ownership of diagnostic tools is preferred but not essential
* Honest, reliable, and a proactive approach
* Good communication skills and a professional manner
