Nursery Manager – Leamington Spa

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our friendly, well-established nursery in Leamington Spa. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident leader who is committed to delivering outstanding early years education and care.
The Role:
Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the nursery
Ensure full compliance with EYFS and Ofsted requirements
Inspire, support and develop a strong staff team
Maintain high standards of care, learning and safeguarding
Build positive relationships with parents, carers and external professionals
Manage occupancy, staffing, and nursery budgets effectively
Requirements:
Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years (Level 5/6 desirable)
Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager
Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted frameworks
Confident leadership and excellent communication skills
Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
