We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Sales Coordinator to join our innovative and fast-paced business on a permanent basis. You will have a 'can do' attitude who can hit the ground running and be a successful contributor to a rapidly growing company.
Job Summary:
As a Customer Sales Coordinator you will be managing a portfolio of customers, you will have the opportunity to build good relationships with those customers which will also allow you to be reactive to issues before they become a problem. Providing excellent customer service should be a passion of yours, where you love to go the extra mile and take huge amounts of pride in your work.
Key responsibilities:
1. Delivering second-to-none customer service to the customers, dealing with a wide range of day-to-day queries around orders, products and returns.
2. Communicating clearly and working closely with your Sales Manager.
3. Build and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met.
4. Handling customer calls and emails in relation to orders, delivery and general enquiries.
5. Ordering processing and fulfillment for assigned customers.
6. Processing customer returns.
