As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance team and support a wide range of financial functions.
What You’ll Do
As an Accountant, you will be given the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of finance including general ledger management, financial reporting, project costing, compliance, and month-end processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone pursuing a career in accounting within a technology-focused and fast-paced industry and a desire to achieve qualification with either ACCA or CIMA.
Day-To-Day Responsibilities:
General Ledger & Month-End Support
* Assist in preparing journal entries and maintaining accurate GL accounts
* Support the month-end and year-end closing process
* Assist with accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations
* Process intercompany transactions and multi-region account reconciliation
Tax Compliance & Audit
* Assist with audit preparation and respond to auditor requests
* Assist with preparation of annual statutory accounts and corporate tax returns
* Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
* Reconcile and prepare returns for multiple VAT registrations
* Dealing with multiple Government tax authorities for tax compliance
Administrative & Ad Hoc Support
* Maintain financial files and documentation
* Assist with continuous improvement of finance systems and procedures
* Provide general support to the Finance team as needed
* Business partnering with the global business
