Job Title: Transformation Test Analyst
Job Type: Initial 6 month contract
Working Arrangement: Remote
Office Location: Central London
Day Rate: Up to £500/day (outside IR35)
The Role:
* Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) aligned to evolving business requirements
* Translate business requirements into clear test scenarios and scripts
* Support and guide business users throughout the UAT process
* Execute test cases and accurately record results
* Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution
* Participate in defect triage sessions and support prioritisation
* Validate test outcomes with business stakeholders
* Maintain comprehensive test evidence and documentation for audit purposes
* Assist in producing UAT reports and sign-off documentation
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing practices within the transformation team
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in User Acceptance Testing within transformation or system implementation projects
* Experience working within a law firm or legal sector
* Strong ability to design and execute test cases based on business requirements
* Familiarity with test and defect management tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise across business and technical teams
* Ability to quickly understand new systems, processes, and requirements
* Prior experience in legal or financial services environments is advantageous
