What you will do:
* Manage and supervise a team within Family Help, ensuring high-quality casework that supports the independence, wellbeing, and security of individuals and families.
* Act as the Family Help Lead Practitioner for any casework you are allocated.
* Assist the Partnership Manager and fulfil their responsibilities in their absence as needed.
* Develop and oversee the implementation of innovative strategies to help families achieve sustainable change.
* Ensure procedures relating to safeguarding and child protection are adhered to rigorously.
* Conduct regular case file audits and produce reports that comply with procedural and legislative requirements.
* Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary management team to provide a fully integrated service for children and families.
* Contribute to the strategic and operational development of the Family Hub, including oversight of data collation and analysis to identify service priorities and outcomes.
