Team Long Term Support Team - Advanced Practitioner
Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Worker in the Southeast. This is to work in a Long-Term Support Team as an Advanced Practitioner.
Ideal locations for this role include Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes, Oxfordshire, and there is plenty of hybrid working available. Please get in touch for more information.
