This is a standout opportunity for a disputes associate looking to build a serious practice in civil fraud and high-stakes commercial litigation. The team acts on complex, often international disputes where allegations of fraud, asset tracing, and urgent court applications are central to the strategy. Matters are typically high value, cross-border and fast moving, involving sophisticated clients and challenging factual matrices. The work is demanding, but for the right lawyer, exceptionally rewarding. The role is aimed at an associate with around 2-4 years' post-qualification experience, qualified in England & Wales, with experience of English commercial litigation. England & Wales qualification and experience is essential. Prior exposure to civil fraud, investigations or contentious insolvency would be advantageous, but intellectual curiosity, sound judgment and a genuine interest in this area of work are equally important. Associates are given meaningful responsibility early on, working closely with senior lawyers on strategy, court work and client management. The environment is collegiate and rigorous, with a clear emphasis on technical excellence and long-term development within disputes. For lawyers who want to sharpen their civil fraud credentials and work on some of the most challenging disputes in the market, this is an opportunity worth serious consideration.
