Role Description
This is a part-time role for an Admin / Personal Assistant to the Director at Crescent Community Radio / Crescent Nursery. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the Director's inbox, daily tasks and weekly plans. Additional tasks include collating monthly timesheets, researching funders and organising notes and minutes for managment meetings. Remote working is welcome, but some on-site work would be preferrable at least 2/3 days per year.
A small amount of work involves bilingual adverts, mainly in the urdu langage, but this is not essenstial to the role.
Hrs will be 9hrs per week in the first instance at NMW, with a potential to increase. A helpful and supportive nature is essential for this unique post. The postholder will be working alongside our finance assistant in supporting all aspects of the business.
Qualifications
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in picking up online suites such as google sheets and clickup.
* Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
