The Role
You’ll be the face of our business, acting as the vital link between our customers and our technicians. Your goal is to ensure every customer receives a 5-star experience while maintaining an efficient workshop flow.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Care: Greet customers, manage bookings, and provide clear progress updates.
* Workflow Management: Create electronic job cards, coordinate with technicians, and manage job allocations.
* Administration: Handle quotes, invoicing, parts ordering, and payment processing.
* Front-of-House: Ensure the reception area is welcoming and professional.
What We’re Looking For
* Industry Experience: Proven background as a Service Advisor or Receptionist within an automotive/garage environment.
* Tech Savvy: Comfortable using motor trade management systems and handling digital job cards.
* Communication: Ability to explain technical repairs to customers in a clear, friendly way.
* Organisation: A multitasker who can stay calm and efficient during busy morning drop-offs.
* Knowledge: A solid understanding of vehicle servicing and MOT processes.
