Summary
NG Bailey Facilities Services are currently recruiting an Service Delivery Manager to join our contract providing Hard Services (M&E) Maintenance to Southampton Football Club's stadium and training facilities
You will have responsibility and ownership of the service delivery to Southampton Football Club providing line management to a team of Maintenance Engineers whilst maintaining a proactive customer interface to ensure a high standard of both service delivery and customer care.
The Service Delivery Manager will have a technical background themselves technically (i.e. Electrically Qualified) and experience of leading Hard Services Contracts
Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:
* Lead your team in provision of excellent service delivery by monitoring service performance, taking corrective action when necessary across the client’s premises and escalating to the Account Manager where appropriate.
* Managing service provision via clearly defined contract metrics (KPI/SLA) in line with agreed contractual responsibilities.
* Provide first line management and leadership to contract dedicated team, setting team objectives and individual performance management reviews
What we’re looking for :
An experienced manager working to a high standard of building services provision (planned and reactive) within a commercial occupied environment and with the utmost regard for customer service.
You will hold current qualifications including.
* Practical experience carrying out PPM's and undertaking routine Electrical Repairs and Maintenance in line with SFG20 or equalivant with basic fault finding diagnostic experience.
* Completed a recognised Electrical Apprenticeship (Preferred not Essential)
* City and Guilds 236 Parts 1&2 OR equivalent
