Cornwallis Academy, rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted in all areas, is expanding and seeking a Teaching Assistant to work primarily with students with additional educational needs and those who may display challenging behaviour. You should be confident and capable of motivating students with learning, emotional, and behavioural difficulties, demonstrating empathy and understanding of their needs. The position is 37 hours per week (Monday-Thursday 08:00 – 16:00, Friday 08:00 – 15:30), term time only, on a permanent basis.
