Our client is establishing a growing network of individuals and organisations working together to develop Rotherham’s first Recovery Community. The programme includes a co-designed series of events, grant-funded recovery activities, support groups, and a network of lived-experience recovery mentors and champions. Over the next 12 months, the programme aims to evolve into a Lived Experience Recovery Organisation (LERO), which helps challenge stigma related to addiction and promotes recovery through information, connection, and support.
As Project Co-ordinator, your role will involve supporting the Recovery Community Programme Manager with coordinating grant-funded recovery projects, maintaining up-to-date information about activities, reporting on project delivery, evaluating impact, and financial monitoring.
You will also bring experience in engagement approaches to ensure diverse perspectives from people, partners, and organisations are incorporated into the development of this work.
The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently or within a small team, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and have a keen eye for detail, especially regarding data protection and confidentiality.
Our client supports and promotes the voluntary and community sector in Rotherham, aiming to bring positive change to individuals and communities.
Applications will be reviewed as received, and candidates may be invited for interviews at any time. The vacancy may close early if sufficient applications are received.
