The Role
As the Branch Manager, you\'ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring compliance, growing the client base, and supporting and developing your team. You\'ll play a crucial role in driving business performance while maintaining the exceptional standards Nurseplus is known for.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a team of consultants, recruiters, and care coordinators
* Achieve and exceed branch targets for growth, profitability, and service delivery
* Maintain compliance with company policies
* Build and nurture relationships with clients and healthcare professionals
* Recruit, onboard, and retain high-quality care staff
* Monitor KPIs, budgets, and staffing levels to ensure optimum branch performance
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a similar management role within healthcare, social care, or recruitment
* Strong understanding of CQC regulations and care standards
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Proven ability to drive business growth and meet targets
* Passionate about delivering high-quality care services
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
