Your new role
As the Paid Social Strategist, you will take ownership of planning, launching, and optimising paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and TikTok Shop. You'll partner closely with creatives to develop and iterate high‑performing ad content, run structured testing across copy and creative, and oversee the full acquisition funnel from prospecting to retargeting.A key part of your impact will be cracking paid social performance for a low‑AOV, low‑LTV product range - ensuring profitability even on tight margins. You'll drive experimentation, analyse performance data, and constantly push for new angles, hooks, and approaches to scale growth.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Proven hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
2. Strong understanding of paid social fundamentals, including funnel structure, creative testing, budget pacing, attribution, and optimisation
3. A proactive, resourceful, and strategic mindset
4. Confidence in proposing bold ideas and owning execution
5. Desirable experience: TikTok Ads, TikTok Shop Ads, and merce or consumer goods brands
