Position: Tutors are responsible for the delivery of teaching and learning in sessions, to assess student progress and guide them to maximise their potential. We are seeking a dedicated and patient tutor to support adults with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in achieving their learning goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in inclusive education, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs. This role involves creating a positive, empowering learning environment that promotes independence and confidence. Teacher Training must be completed within 2 years of commencing employment.
