We’re hiring: Head of Sales & Marketing
UK-based (remote with occasional time in Sheffield)
Network Group is looking for a commercially driven leader to take ownership of sales, marketing, and growth as we continue into our next phase of development.
This role is focused on driving membership growth, strengthening our commercial model, and supporting the continued development of our community.
Key responsibilities include:
•Owning membership growth and commercial performance
•Driving sales pipeline, conversion, and forecasting
•Ensuring marketing activity directly supports revenue outcomes
•Leading and developing a small commercial team
•Managing sponsorship and commercial programmes
•Shaping brand, positioning, and market presence
