Job Title: Multi‑Skilled Tradesman (Lead Role)

Role Overview
You will be running jobs on site while remaining hands‑on, working across kitchens, bathrooms, and full refurbishments. You'll be responsible for keeping projects on track and ensuring work is completed to a high standard. This key role requires ownership, accountability, and leadership from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead jobs on site and keep projects on track.
* Work hands‑on across a range of trades.
* Manage and coordinate a small team.
* Liaise with customers when required.
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
Required Skills and Experience
* Bathroom installations.
* Kitchen installations.
* Plumbing.
* Carpentry.
* Tiling.
* Structural work (e.g. forming openings, working with structural walls).
* Flooring: vinyl (preferred).
* Painting & decorating (preferred).
Some candidates may be considered if weaker in certain areas, with the view to training them up.

* Full UK driving licence and own tools required.
