Over recent years, the Ormeau Centre has enhanced its operational reputation on the basis of the intervention and support that can be offered to those clients with complex need, based on cohesive team work and the level of cover provided. About the role: The role of the Resettlement Keyworker in the Ormeau Centre will be to deliver professional, impartial, pragmatic and outcome-focused support to a range of Service Users with complex needs to prepare them for moving on from supported accommodation to independent living. Service users will be supported to develop their independent living skills, social networks, and their financial management. The post holder will work in partnership with the service user and other agencies to identify and access a range of support services to ensure a safe transition from the step-down facility to the community.
