We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Chef de Partie to help us create exceptional food experiences for Milton Hill House on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

With over 20 meeting rooms and 114 bedrooms, Restaurant and Bar, we also have a fantastic onsite leisure club.

Here's what you need to know before applying:
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Assist the sous chef in daily food preparation activities
* Monitor inventory and expiration dates of raw goods
* Support the growth of commis chefs
* Ensure high quality food production, preparation, and presentation
* Observe all applicable standards
Who you are:
* Previous experience within a similar role
* Have a strong understanding of health + safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen including COSHH and HACCP
* Have a passion for food and the confidence to be innovative
* Great attention to detail
