Sacco Mann has been instructed on an exciting NQ opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a Legal 500 ranked, employee-owned law firm whose team is currently experiencing expansion and growth due to an increase in work. About the role As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will be running your own caseload from inception to completion on matters such as: Contract disputes Shareholder disputes Sales of goods and supply of services disputes Partnership Disputes IP Disputes Professional negligence claims IT Contract disputes Franchise disputes Defamation Insolvency litigation Banking claims About You The successful candidate for this position will ideally be between the Newly Qualified and 2 years PQE level within Commercial Litigation, is able to work well as part of a team and is ambitious with their long-term career goals. If you are at NQ level, you will have ideally completed at least a 6 month Litigation seat of some form.
