This key role supports whole-school attendance, punctuality, welfare and safeguarding, ensuring students are consistently engaging with learning and achieving strong progression. You'll work closely with pastoral teams, Heads of Year and external agencies to monitor attendance, follow up concerns, meet with families and implement strategies that keep students in lessons and engaged with their curriculum. Strong communication, behaviour management, resilience and accurate record-keeping are essential.
