This role sits within the Menswear Department, playing a key part in shaping the creative direction and commercial success of our menswear collections. As a Menswear Graphic Designer, you will contribute directly to the visual identity, performance and evolution of our brands, working across the full product lifecycle from concept to post-launch analysis.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Menswear Graphic Designer to join our menswear design function, working closely with the Brand Director and the wider Menswear Design team. This role will play a key part in shaping premium, luxury-led graphic concepts that align with brand DNA and commercial strategy.
The successful candidate will support the full product lifecycle, from initial concept and seasonal direction through to final design, production and post-launch analysis. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Merchandising and Production to ensure all graphics are both creatively elevated and commercially successful.
Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Brand Director and Menswear Design team to develop luxury graphic concepts aligned to seasonal brand direction
* Support the full design cycle, from concept development and artwork creation through to production sign-off
* Design high-end menswear graphics across key product categories including jerseys, wovens, outerwear and accessories
* Develop print, placement and embellishment graphics suitable for premium and luxury garments
* Create detailed, production-ready artwork files, including colour separations and technical specifications
* Collaborate with the Merchandising team to review post-launch performance, monitoring top-performing styles and graphics
* Use sales and performance data to inform future design decisions and seasonal graphic direction
* Liaise with Product Development and suppliers to ensure graphics are executed to luxury quality standards
* Maintain awareness of global trends, competitor activity and cultural influences within the luxury menswear market
What you’ll bring
* Degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Visual Communication or a related discipline
* Equivalent professional qualifications or extensive industry experience may also be considered
* Proven experience as a Graphic Designer within luxury or premium menswear fashion
* Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end menswear graphics for established brands
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
* Solid understanding of menswear product development, garment construction and print techniques
* Commercial awareness with the ability to balance creativity and performance
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work to seasonal deadlines
* Confident communicator able to collaborate cross-functionally
