Service Coordinator Contract: Key Account Network Location: Stoke, ST1 5PZ Hours of work: 20 - 17:00 - 21:00 Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (6 months) We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join the Operational Service Centre (OSC) within our Placemaker Services Team. This role is essential in delivering accurate administrative and operational support, ensuring effective management of time and attendance data for our field-based Placemakers. Job Description We are looking for an organised and customer-focused individual who can act as a reliable point of contact for operational colleagues and internal customers. Working closely with operational managers and internal functions, you will ensure queries are resolved accurately and efficiently while maintaining high standards of service and data integrity. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for calls and emails, logging and processing all service requests accurately. Identify appropriate solutions to queries and escalate issues when required. Maintain and update facilities management systems (such as Maximo) and associated administrative records. Deliver professional, customer-focused helpdesk support at all times. Provide administrative support to the account delivery team. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal teams. Ensure compliance with internal processes, procedures, and client contractual requirements. Support the accurate management of time, attendance, and workforce data for operational teams. Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Experience in a customer service, contact centre or administrative role. Confident call handling and customer interaction skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team. Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, schedule and prioritise activities effectively.
