Learning Support Assistant - SEN School (KS3 & KS4) - Harrow - September Start - Full-Time

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with complex needs
Assist in delivering a tailored curriculum, including life skills development
Support students with communication, emotional regulation, and social interaction
Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff
Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environmentLearning Support Assistant Responsibilities:
Has experience working with SEN, particularly complex needs (e.g. ASD, PMLD, SLD)
Is patient, empathetic, and resilient
Has a genuine passion for supporting young people's independence and wellbeing
Can commit to a full-time role and is interested in a temp-to-perm opportunity
