Salary: £40,000 basic with £56,000 OTE, plus company car, pension, life assurance, single health care, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals, and aftersales services.
We are seeking a highly motivated automotive professional eager to advance their career and oversee a successful sales team.
Role Responsibilities:
* Ensure the dealership is well presented, with well-managed stock.
* Set targets for your sales team and motivate them to meet and exceed these goals.
* Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards and customer obligations.
* Ensure your team delivers excellent customer service and achieves top CSI scores.
* Manage your team’s daily activities, ensuring role adherence and compliance.
Requirements for Success:
* Ability to lead and motivate a team to exceed targets and uphold brand standards.
* Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
* Flexibility in achieving targets, collaborating with the Telesales and Retention Team.
* Proven automotive sales experience with strong communication and negotiation skills.
