Electro-Mechanical Technician
£31,775 starting salary (£16ph)
Location: Alton
Hours: 8am to 4pm Monday–Friday, 37,5 hours per week
Overtime: Daily at 1.5x basic rate
Duration: Permanent

Reading schematic drawings and circuit diagrams to diagnose and repair faults
Carrying out soldering, testing and refurbishment of electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies
Using oscilloscopes, multimeters and other bench equipment to fault find
Completing work to CAA, EASA and FAA Part 145 standards
Maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office and the MRP system
Ensuring all work cards and job packs are completed correctlyWhat we’re looking for:
Strong ability to read schematic and engineering drawings
Proven experience with soldering and electronics/electro-mechanical repair
Fault-finding experience using scopes, meters and standard workshop tools
Transferable repair background (aviation or industries such as white goods/electronics repair)
