Location: Tonbridge
Basic Salary: Up to £55,000 (DOE)
Hours: 45 hours per week

Overview
Our client is looking for a talented and efficient MET Strip Fitter / MET Technician to join their leading team. You'll be repairing damaged vehicles in line with manufacturer specifications, using state‑of‑the‑art equipment and techniques within a modern body shop.
Qualifications
* Served a recognised apprenticeship as an MET Strip Fitter / MET Technician and gained a technical qualification such as NVQ, ATA, IMI, SVQ
* Previous experience working in a busy body shop as an MET Technician or MET Strip Fitter
* Experience with geometry work and 4‑wheel alignment
* Work to the highest standard and have a solid understanding of current vehicle repair techniques
* Diagnostic training essential, along with a strong team ethic and motivation to earn bonus hours
Duties
* Work efficiently in a fast‑paced accident repair centre
* Follow correct repair techniques and ensure all work is completed in line with factory specifications and customer satisfaction
