Our Learning Disability Support Services offer innovative, person-centred support for individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex conditions. We assist with accessing education, living independently, employment, life skills, and community involvement. We also support neurodiverse adults with autism (ASD) and behavioral conditions (ADHD), often transitioning from school. Many individuals supported by our registered day location teams have autism, and we aim to provide comprehensive support tailored to their needs.
Our HSCP in-house registered support locations are registered with SCSWIS (Care Inspectorate). We have multi-trained teams supporting individuals with complex needs, often supporting those who cannot be supported elsewhere. We also identify individuals who may be signposted to other community support networks or alternatives.
While experience is beneficial, we value a strong support ethos and the desire to help individuals reach their potential above all.
We offer various benefits, including a competitive salary, pension scheme, generous leave, cycle-to-work scheme, gym membership discounts, wellbeing initiatives, and opportunities for learning and career progression.
