Office Administrator – Part Time
StoneX Group Inc. is a financial services company headquartered in New York with a large presence in London. The company operates in six key areas: commercial, hedging, global payments, securities, physical commodities, foreign exchange and clearing and execution services.
Overview
The role will support the office function and managers with administrative tasks in West Bromwich. You will report to the Production Manager and work in the Operations department. This is a 15-hour per week, 6-month fixed-term position.

StoneX has acquired a precious metals processing company in West Bromwich that specialises in the recovery and recycling of precious metals, extracting silver, gold, platinum and palladium from photographic, electronics and industrial waste. The integration adds refining capabilities to the StoneX Global Metals business.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with all managers and support with administrative tasks.
* Support key personnel with any office tasks.
* Photocopying, scanning, filing.
* Creating spreadsheets and data input.
* Support with data input for payroll.
* Answering the telephone.
* Hosting visitors to the site.
Qualifications
* The ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
* The ability to ‘think on your feet’ and use initiative.

* Flexible and reliable.
* Good IT skills, proficient in Word and Excel.
