M&E Fit-Out Manager - Mechanical & Electrical - Pontefract

This is an excellent opportunity for a site-based manager or project lead with strong mechanical and electrical installation knowledge and leadership experience.



Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee full M&E fit-out works across multiple industrial and infrastructure sites

2. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and in-house teams to meet tight project timelines

3. Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, client specifications, and industry best practice

4. Monitor site progress, oversee quality assurance, and control project costs

5. Collaborate with engineers, site managers, and project leaders to deliver work on time and within scope

6. Identify and resolve technical challenges related to mechanical and electrical systems
