About the Role


We are seeking an experienced and driven HR Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic HR initiatives across a dynamic, multi-country organisation. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing projects that enhance employee experience, strengthen HR operations, and support business goals.

What You'll Be Doing



Project Delivery

* Lead end-to-end delivery of HR projects within agreed timelines, scope, and budget

* Develop structured project plans, milestones, and risk assessments

* Track progress and provide clear reporting to stakeholders

* Coordinate delivery across HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence, and local HR teams (UK, Spain, Ireland, Poland)
