This start-up brand consultancy with a stellar line-up seeks a brand strategist whose insight skills should come from qualitative research used in service of brand consultancy. The role involves working on a wide range of brands' marketing solutions, focusing on brand development for owners of large portfolios or venture capital companies, including refreshing existing marques, repositioning, and launching them anew.
The responsibilities include creating consumer insights in branding, brand development, brand creation, innovation, and strategic communications to support decision-making. You will also work across NPD, service innovation, portfolio and category strategy, and develop big brand ideas, brand storytelling, and positioning.
This is a hands-on role, involving winning, running, leading, and delivering projects as part of a team, while growing both new and existing clients. You will add value through resourcefulness, creativity, and commercial awareness. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a natural problem solver with initiative, creative thinking, and commercial acumen. You should be comfortable juggling multiple projects and willing to roll up your sleeves, as this is a start-up environment.
