Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist (Marketing Department)
Location: Ipswich – you must live within the Ipswich area – hybrid after probation

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our client's dynamic marketing team. This new role reports directly to the Lead Generation Manager. The successful candidate will follow up on incoming leads, identify and engage potential customers, generate high-quality appointments for the sales team, and support in converting prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Research and identify potential leads through exhibition contacts, website enquiries, data lists, responses to email campaigns, market analysis, and online research.
2. Initiate cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods to engage potential customers.
3. Qualify leads based on interest, plans, and upcoming projects.
4. Maintain and update lead databases using CRM tools.
5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on targeted lead generation campaigns.
6. Track and analyze lead conversion rates to optimize outreach efforts.
Required Skills & Experience:
1. Proven experience in lead generation, telesales, appointment setting, sales, or marketing.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to conduct cold calls and identify target audiences.
4. Experience with CRM software and lead tracking tools.
5. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
